Coronavirus Office Hours Update

UPDATE: April, 2021

To our patients:

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, our priority has been the health and wellbeing of our patients, our doctors and our Cutlerville Eyecare team and their families.  We made updates to our office space and put into place practices and procedures that have helped us all stay healthy and safe. With the number of COVID-19 cases on the rise, new recommendations and MDHHS mandates, we've made further adjustments to our protocol.  First and foremost, we want you to know we are open, available and ready to take care of you. We will remain open unless we need to temporarily close to comply with health mandates or for health and safety reasons.

In addition to the safety, cleaning and disinfection protocol we put into place earlier this year we ask-

  • Appointments are still required for all in-person services. This helps us manage the number of people in our spaces at one time, as well as supports contact tracing and notification if an employee or someone else who visits one of our locations becomes sick. Call or text 616.455.2525 to make an appointment.
  • We also ask that, if possible, you come alone to your appointment. If it is necessary to bring someone with you, we prefer that they remain in the car, but if they must come into the office with you we ask that they stay with you throughout your entire visit.
  • Inside our office, masks are always required for everyone at all times.   There are still state mandates in place requiring masks to be worn in any public building, therefore we must still require that masks are worn properly, over the mouth and nose, for the duration of the time you are in the office.
  • We continue to practice social distancing — 6 feet of space between people — and continue to display helpful markings and signage throughout the office.
  • Everyone will be required to answer a series of screening questions and given a touchless temperature check before entering the office.  Please wait in the entryway for a staff member to perform this screening before proceeding into the office.

We're taking these precautions to keep people we care about — our patients, our doctors and staff, and the people you go home to, and the people we go home to — safe and healthy.   On behalf of the entire Cutlerville Eyecare team, we appreciate how supportive you've been. Thank you for continued loyalty. Taking care of people is what we love to do and we're here to take care of you. Stay healthy. Stay safe.

Thank you for your cooperation
