Coronavirus Office Hours Update

UPDATE: March 24th, 2020

To our patients:

In an effort to keep our community safe, and comply with the latest CDC recommendations along withe recent executive stay home orders from the governor, we will be closed to all non-emergent/non-essential services.

What Does this mean:

Although the physical office will be closed, you can still call the office and leave a voicemail.  We will check the voicemail by 9:00 a.m. every day. We will return those calls as we have staff available.  We can still place contact lens orders and we have waived shipping fees if ordering 2 or more boxes, and these will be shipped directly to your home during this time.  If you have glasses on order and the new glasses are essential to you, we will contact you when we receive them to arrange for curbside pickup at the office.

Our doctors will still be available for emergency or urgent eye care needs for both new and established patients.  Please call the office at 616-455-2525    and follow the voicemail prompt to reach one of our doctors.

As always, we are here for you if you need us and if you have questions about your specific situation feel free to contact us.

We sincerely thank you for your understanding during this uncertain time.
