Coronavirus Office Hours Update

UPDATE: April, 2021

To our patients:

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, our priority has been the health and well-being of our patients, our doctors and our Cutlerville Eyecare team and their families.  We made updates to our office space and put into place practices and procedures that have helped us all stay healthy and safe.  As infection rates here locally, statewide, and nationally continue to decrease and we are able to be less restrictive we are still following all guidelines from MIOSHA, our local health department, and the CDC. While we are excited for the updates to the mask mandates both from the CDC and the State of Michigan Department of Health, as of right now these updates and guidelines do not apply in a healthcare setting. Therefore, until further notice, we must still require that masks are worn properly, over the nose and mouth, while in the office.  However, we cannot wait for the day we can see your smiling faces!

We have updated our safety and disinfection practices to continue to keep our patients, staff and doctors safe.  We still require the following:

  • We ask that you make an appointment for all in-person services. This helps us manage the number of people in our spaces at one time, as well as supports contact tracing and notification if an employee or someone else who visits one of our locations becomes sick. Call or text 616.455.2525 to make an appointment.
  • Inside our office, masks are always required for everyone at all times.   There are still mandates in place requiring masks to be worn in certain situations, including healthcare settings regardless of vaccine status, therefore we must still require that masks are worn properly, over the mouth and nose, for the duration of the time you are in the office.
  • We continue to practice social distancing — 6 feet of space between people — and continue to display helpful markings and signage throughout the office.
  • We ask that you stay home if your are sick or have been around anyone who has been sick even if you do not yet have symptoms.

We're taking these precautions to keep people we care about — our patients, our doctors and staff, and the people you go home to, and the people we go home to — safe and healthy.   On behalf of the entire Cutlerville Eyecare team, we appreciate how supportive you've been. Thank you for continued loyalty. Taking care of people is what we love to do and we're here to take care of you. Stay healthy. Stay safe.

Thank you for your cooperation
